This website is operated by Cosy Cup. Where these terms and conditions use terms such as "we", "us" and "our" they refer to Cosy Cup.
We offer this website, including all the information, tools and services available on it, on the condition that you accept these terms and conditions and the associated privacy policy available on our website.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for commercial gain, or otherwise, any portion of any of the content on the website or any other part of the service that we offer on this website.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by the methods shown during the online checkout process. All payments including Paypal, and Debit/Credit card will be taken on order placement. We cannot be held liable for the any delays or non-delivery of goods due to failed payment authorisation.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
Our website offers a range of products for sale. Where we refer to an 'item' we are referring to a single product available for purchase on this website.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details displayed for a particular item offered for sale are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.
Whilst care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colours, textures or finishes, what you will see on your computer monitor or equipment may differ, and so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods that you are purchasing.
We may not be able to accept your order due to one or more of the following reasons, or for a reason not listed below:
i) The item you have ordered is out of stock
ii) We cannot authorise your payment or have reasonable grounds to suspect your payment may be fraudulent
iii) There has been a pricing or product description error
iv) There is a system or procurement failure
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email is not confirmation that your order has been accepted by us.
Your order will only be accepted by us once your goods have been dispatched.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Please note that we have not accepted your order until we despatch the products you have ordered from us, and that all products ordered via the website remain the property of Cosy Cup until we have received payment for them in full. If your order is cancelled by us, a full refund will follow as soon as reasonably possible.
We will let you know by email if we are unable to supply any products you have ordered from Cosy Cup. If payment has already been taken for products and we are unable to supply, then we will refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All items on the website are subject to availability.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Please double-check your order on screen and your acknowledgement carefully to check that all the details. Especially the personalised text you have requested, are correct as it will be produced exactly as you enter it including any capitalisation (e.g. James, james, JAMES). Your personalisation request is copied and pasted into your design. It is up to you to ensure that content you have requested for inclusion in a personalised product is correct and is for example spelt correctly, we cannot be held responsible for any misspellings.
PRODUCT LISTINGS
Please ensure you carefully read the product description of the item you are ordering. Personalisation options, and wording placement. Changes can be made on request to most listings by contacting us. We cannot be held responsible for not reading and understanding the listed product, again if you are unsure please contact us where we are more than happy to help you. By placing your order you have agreed that you have clearly understood and are happy with the item you are purchasing.
PHOTO UPLOAD PRODUCTS
Please use the link provided on the listing to upload your images for print, please ensure your images are of good quality. If in any way we are unable to use the images provided we will contact you immediately to discuss, if in any way we are unable to reach you, your order may be cancelled. A full refund will be issued to you as soon as reasonably possible.
ORDER AMENDMENTS
Unfortunately we are unable to add items to or remove items from an order once it has been placed. Postage labels are created once the order has been received ready for posting the following day.
CANCELLATIONS
Your right to cancel an order under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to personalised products. Once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order or make any amendments to personalisations. Placing an order is confirmation that the customer accepts full liability that the information provided is correct. Due to the nature of personalised goods we cannot offer a refund for personalisation mistakes for data entered incorrectly by the customer. Cancellations will only be accepted at our discretion.
If you no longer wish to receive delivery of your order, we are only able to cancel orders for non-personalised items on your behalf, providing the order has not been prepared for despatch.
RETURNS
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any non personalised products within 14 days of receipt, provided that you return the products to us in a good condition and that you take reasonable care of the products whilst in your possession. By good condition we mean that the products can be sold at full price, that you have not used the products and that as far as possible you’ve kept all the original packaging and labels. If the products are not in full resalable condition you may not be entitled to a full refund.
If you choose to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract in writing (within 14 days of receiving the Products), including details of your name, order, phone number and email address. Personalised products are non refundable, unless we are at fault.
DELIVERY
Please ensure you carefully inspect your order upon receipt, as your order will be deemed to be accepted unless you notify us immediately that there is a problem. We are not obliged to accept any rejection of goods by you at a later date, this includes damaged products.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost or damaged post caused by Royal Mail.
Any missing items due to incorrect delivery addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
Tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed. We aim to print and prepare your order the same day as receiving as long as this is before 8pm EST. Your order will be collected by Royal Mail the following day. This excludes Bank Holidays and Saturdays, as there is no Royal Mail service on Sundays. This includes personalised and non personalised products. This fulfillment may be extended over the busy periods ie Christmas.
PRIVACY
Your address is only shared with Royal Mail to create postage. Your details are not shared with any other companies outside Cosy Cup. Your details are not stored on our system for any other reason than creating your order. We do not bombard customers with emails or offers …. you’re very welcome.
